+# Mushroom Soup
+
+Serves 3
+
+## Ingredients
+
+- 500g mushrooms
+- 600ml chicken stock
+- 1/3 cup flour
+- 1 onion
+- 2 cloves garlic
+
+## Method
+
+1. Heat pot on medium heat, adding olive oil
+2. Dice onion and add to pot with a small pinch of salt 
+3. Meanwhile, wash and slice mushrooms
+4. Mince garlic and add to pot, allowing to cook
+4. Add mushrooms with a large pinch of salt
+5. Increase heat to high and stir until reduced 
+6. Mix in flour to thicken
+7. Add stock
+8. Bring to boil while stirring continually 
+9. Remove from heat and blend
+10. Season to taste
