Added inputrc/readline config

Buffered line input using GNU Readline is now configured globally.

Also, fixed Python Shell Readline history, so it is available for the current
session, though still not saved after that.

Moved 'spass' to separate repo

Since it is a relatively large file, more complex than a simple status script,
it deserves it's own repo.

Added rofi config

Wrote a proper rofi configuration/theme file and fixed calls in i3 config file.

Added password store and management script

$PASSDIR is managed by the 'spass' (simple password) script, encrypting files
with gpg. It is a simpler version of 'pass'.

Replaced i3blocks with simple shell script

Also minor tidying of i3bar

Tidied .config
Removed redundencies, such as folders with only one file, or "rc" and "conf"
suffixes.

Moved commands from i3 config to xinitrc

Xinitrc

Stopped using the login manager, and thus manually configure X11. Also, sourced
.bashrc for login TTY.

Tidied $HOME

Re-wrote and fixed .profile and added rc and config files, to move the mess of
dotfiles out of $HOME and to their respective dirs.

Renamed volume script

Renamed 'gvol' ("get volume") to, simply, 'vol' as it can now set volume as
well.

Expanded function of volume script

Previously the volume was changed manually with 'amixer' and then 'gvol' ("get
volume") was called to display the updated value, by again calling amixer.
These two calls are unnecessary as the same output is given each time. Thus the
whole process has been integrated into 'gvol', which can now set the volume as
well as displaying it.

Re-Wrote gvol

It now parses amixer output with a single highly efficient sed command. Also,
removed all bashisms.

Improved gvol

Re-wrote most of the shell-script for getting volume info, to make it more
efficient.

Updated rgit

Allowed for adding of description to remote git repos.

Improved and expanded volume manipulation

- Replaced .local/bin/sb-volume with .local/bin/gvol, my own simpler script
- Allowed for manipulation of microphone volume also
- Allowed for both volumes to be muted/unmuted

gitignored everything, but targets

Re-wrote the .gitignore file in the project root, as to ignore everything but
the specified config files. Previously I had to manually ignore everything I
didn't want, which was burdensome, and varied across systems.

Changed Gaps and Volume Keys

Only allowed for inner gaps to be changed, freeing plus/minus keys for volume
as to not require shift press also.

Removed borders from windows in I3 nad instead render a small title-bar with no
text, as to indicate the focused window.
