+
+## Ingredients
+- potato(s)
+- olive oil
+- seasonings
+
+## Method
+1. Preheat oven oven to 200C
+2. Wash potato(s)
+3. Prod with fork
+4. Add olive oil and seasoning to saucer
+5. Roll potato(s) in oil and seasonings
+6. Place on baking tray and into oven
+7. Cook for 1 hour
