+# Cookies
+
+Makes 12
+
+## Ingredients
+
+- 225g butter
+- 425g brown sugar
+- 350g flour
+- 200g chocolate chips
+- 2 eggs
+- 2 tsp salt
+- 1tsp vanilla
+- 1tsp baking soda
+
+## Method
+
+1. Heat pot to high heat
+2. Add butter, melting and boiling until browned
+3. Add sugar to bowl, and pour in liquid butter 
+4. Mix in eggs, salt, baking soda, and vanilla
+5. Mix in flour and chocolate chips
+6. Refrigerate for 30 mins
+7. Preheat grill to high and oven to 190C
+8. Divide dough evenly into 12 balls
+9. Place balls on two baking trays and flatten slightly
+10. Place each tray under grill for 60-90s, then transfer to oven
+11. Cook for 12 mins
+12. Allow to cool
